Your Future Story is a fully funded programme helping high-achieving young people in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset to thrive at school and plan for bright futures – including university and beyond. Developed by the Colyton Foundation with schools, the Sutton Trust and leading universities, it provides long-term mentoring, academic enrichment, and inspiring experiences from Year 7 onwards. By building confidence, connection and aspiration early, the programme ensures that potential is recognised, nurtured and supported – no matter where a pupil lives.

About usYour Future Story is led by the Colyton Foundation and delivered through a powerful partnership with schools, multi-academy trusts, the Sutton Trust, and leading universities including Bristol, Cambridge, and Exeter. Together, we are tackling deep-rooted educational inequality in the South West by combining national expertise with regional commitment — ensuring high-attaining pupils from under-resourced backgrounds get the sustained support they deserve.
